The pace of change is challenging for everyone, we have forgotten why we choose our career and struggle to feel the joy in what we do anymore. Leaving us feeling overwhelmed and stuck in fire fighting mode constantly. The executives I coach want to be better leaders, be successful and have a balance in their lives. They strongly believe in achieving results through a team effort and value the contribution of everyone, but sometimes struggle to find a path through the workload.

The executive coaching packages are individualised depending on your needs generally focusing of either your people leadership skills to create cultures where people want to work for you or on improving your own wellbeing, management skills and delivering results.   • Leadership Skills for Inclusive Workplaces

    The skills required to lead inclusively don’t come naturally to everyone, for some the learning curve is greater. They may be a brilliant technical lead in their area of expertise but don’t feel at all confident when it comes to people management.

    Through a 3 month program I help leaders to:

    1. Understand their leadership style and how that impacts others;

    2. Develop inclusive leadership skills that will enable them to manage a diverse team;

    3. Create psychological safe environments for their teams to work in; and

    4. Gain confidence in dealing with human resources issues.

  • Executive Coaching

    We expect so much from our leaders today, they need to deliver productivity, engagement and results. They are potentially plugged in 24/7 with a rapidly changing environment to navigate through.

    Through a 3 month program I help executives to:

    1. Regain control and manage their time more effectively;

    2. Engage and delegate to their team to deliver results;

    3. Develop and promote a growth mindset in themselves and others; and

    4. Find the right balance to reduce the overwhelm.
