Sarah is an executive coach, corporate trainer and keynote speaker.

Sarah is passionate about people having the opportunity to create, collaborate and flourish. Her clients build cohesive, energised and inclusive teams through her programs, which help people feel enabled to do their best work, together.

Sarah has spent three decades as a People and Culture advisor developing IP on how diversity and inclusion improves wellbeing and performance in organisations.  Her work helps people expand their minds, and step courageously into connecting with themselves and others.

 

With qualifications in Psychology, Human Resources, Training and Psychometric tests, along with hands-on experience working with a diverse range of organisation sizes, industries and cultures, she has seen and repaired trauma, conflict and exhaustion at the company level. Then lead at a strategic level to be proactive in developing leadership skills and cultures of inclusion where people’s wellbeing isn’t at the cost of delivering results.

Sarah has worked around the world in Europe and the Middle East, and lived in Malaysia for 4 years before settling in Australia.  Experiencing different cultures and ways of working has allowed her to expand her understanding of culture outside the organisation to the communities we live in. 

Sarah’s passion is seeing teams who were in conflict (and who were experiencing high levels of stress and mistrust) come together to develop supportive, inclusive, and collaborative relationships that challenge one another to reach past their perceived limitations so they can become the best that they can be.
